Oracle Applications Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Oracle Application Analyst - HCM Analytics for a limited tenure position.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain OTBI, BI Publisher, and FDI reports and dashboards
• Partner with business users to define functional and technical requirements
• Translate complex data requirements into meaningful analytics for HR and leadership

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, or a high school diploma with 8 years of relevant experience
• Vendor application certification may be required
• Previous healthcare experience and knowledge of administrative systems preferred
• Experience with project management, systems analysis, and data management preferred
• Proficient in Oracle Cloud HCM reporting tools is preferred
