Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of integrations between ADP GlobalView and Oracle HCM
• Collaborate with HR, IT, and payroll stakeholders to ensure proper data flow across systems
• Monitor integration jobs and error logs; proactively identify and resolve issues

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in HRIS/payroll system integrations, focusing on ADP GlobalView and Oracle
• Hands-on experience with data mapping, file transformations, and integration tools
• Proficient in interface protocols
• Deep understanding of HR and payroll data structures
• Familiarity with data privacy regulations, including GDPR
