Job Summary

A company is looking for a temporary Order Management - Salesforce Distribution team member.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the distribution of cases from an informational email inbox
• Enter and manage customer complaints/non-conformances in Order Quality Management (OQM)
• Ensure customer master data is accurate and maintained within Salesforce or NetSuite

Required Qualifications

• Associate degree from a 2-year college or technical school, or relevant experience/training at an equivalent level
• Minimum 1 year's work experience or relevant training, preferably in a customer-facing role
• Experience working in Salesforce and/or NetSuite
