Order Support Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Order Support Representative I.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve the inbound phone queue and assist customers with inquiries or concerns
• Process orders and monitor customer order status while resolving any related issues
• Promote a positive company image and escalate issues as necessary

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma; some college coursework preferred
• 2+ years of experience in Customer Service/Sales Support or similar environment
• Strong people and phone skills
• Basic understanding of customer relationship management
• Accurate data entry and general computer skills
