Job Summary
A company is looking for an OR Real Estate Signing Agent.
Key Responsibilities
- Verify the identity of signers using approved remote identification technologies
- Thoroughly review real estate documents to ensure completeness and legal compliance
- Apply electronic notarial acts to documents after witnessing the signing process online
Required Qualifications
- NNA Certified
- Minimum of six (6) months RON experience
- Minimum of one (1) year experience as a commissioned Notary
- Minimum of one (1) year experience with loan or Real Estate documents
- Proof of completion of a Remote Online Notarization Basic Training Course
