Job Summary

A company is looking for an Organizational Change Manager S4 Hana.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute organizational change management strategies for SAP S/4HANA deployments
• Design and deliver stakeholder engagement, communications, and training plans to drive adoption
• Assess organizational readiness and perform impact analyses to inform change plans

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Organizational Change Management (OCM) with at least 2 successful SAP S/4HANA projects
• Strong expertise in developing change management and training strategies for ERP transformations
• Proven ability to engage stakeholders at all organizational levels
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or a related field
• Prosci Certification is preferred but not required
