Job Summary

A company is looking for an Organizational Change Manager to support critical projects and execute organizational change strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support execution of the Change Plan for a portfolio of interconnected multi-year projects
  • Develop and manage comprehensive change strategies and transition plans for complex organizational initiatives
  • Lead engagement of change champion networks and implement targeted stakeholder readiness and communication plans


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree with 8 years of work experience; 5+ years leading change management in a global company
  • Understanding of Change Management principles as set by ACMP
  • Experience in initiating and managing change in a global matrixed organization
  • Proven ability to manage resistance and build a change network effectively
  • Experience in shaping communication strategies for various organizational levels
