PACS Implementation Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a PACS Implementation Project Manager to lead and coordinate testing and cutover workstreams for enterprise imaging transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage planning, execution, and tracking of testing and cutover activities for PACS/VNA implementation
• Develop detailed project plans, test cases, cutover checklists, and readiness assessments
• Coordinate across multidisciplinary teams and ensure testing outcomes meet quality and safety standards

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in healthcare IT project management with a focus on PACS or imaging systems
• Proven track record in managing cutover planning, system testing, and go-live readiness in clinical environments
• Strong knowledge of DICOM, HL7, PACS/VNA platforms, and modality workflows
• Familiarity with change management and clinical operations in Radiology and imaging departments
• Experience working in large, matrixed healthcare systems
