Participant Recruitment Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Participant Recruitment Coordinator on a Fixed Term Contract.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct all participant-facing tasks to ensure a positive trial experience and data accuracy
  • Oversee data collection and in-person processes, and maintain participant trackers
  • Assist with trial implementation and respond to CRO queries while escalating operational issues as needed
Required Qualifications
  • Experience with tech tools such as Calendly, Docusign, and others
  • Experience in patient onboarding, including screening calls and follow-up
  • Experience maintaining tracking systems and executing follow-up procedures
  • Ability to adhere to protocol timelines and adapt to changing work priorities
  • Passion for improving healthcare and interest in a high-growth startup environment
