Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Access Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee benefit verification, exploration, and prior authorization activities for patients
  • Manage patient assistance program activities to ensure appropriate access to care
  • Lead day-to-day operations of internal and external teams, ensuring productivity and quality standards
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of management or team leader experience in patient onboarding/intake or revenue cycle management
  • Experience with infusion revenue cycle management is strongly preferred
  • Strong knowledge of revenue cycle best practices and health plan benefit design
  • Ability to analyze patient intake processes and communicate strategies effectively
  • Familiarity with EMR/EHR & RCM systems is a plus
