Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Access Brand Technology Lead, Senior Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a technology liaison between business stakeholders and the technology implementation team to lead CRM strategy and execution
  • Plan and oversee a portfolio of technology projects from ideation to completion, ensuring cross-functional alignment
  • Champion organizational change and define user-centric approaches to enhance productivity within technology tools


Required Qualifications
  • Doctorate degree and 2 years of relevant experience, or equivalent qualifications with varying years of experience
  • Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, specifically US Patient Services
  • Excellent project and portfolio management skills
  • Proficiency in business process analysis and optimization
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM platforms is preferred
