Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payments Enablement and Risk Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the onboarding, activation, and underwriting lifecycle for Payments customers
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and resolve issues
• Monitor underwriting queues and cancellation requests to reduce customer impact

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• 2-4 years of experience with DI Products preferred
• 1-2 years of customer-facing experience
• 1-2 years of payments or risk experience in a similar environment
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Service-oriented, proactive, and collaborative mindset
