Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payroll Analyst to manage payroll responsibilities across multiple legal entities and countries.

Key Responsibilities

• Process biweekly payroll accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with regulations
• Analyze payroll data, resolve discrepancies, and participate in audits related to payroll
• Manage Oracle timecards process, including auditing and reporting of timekeeping records

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• Oracle Cloud HCM experience preferred
• Strong analytical skills to identify errors and trends in payroll data
• Understanding of payroll tax regulations and compliance requirements
• Proficiency with payroll software and systems
