Payroll HRIS Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payroll HRIS Analyst to support clients with Workday Payroll implementation, configuration, and optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead or support Workday Payroll implementations, configurations, and optimizations
• Ensure payroll processing aligns with federal, state, and local tax regulations
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT teams to enhance payroll operations and ensure data integrity

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 3+ years of Workday Payroll implementation or support experience
• Strong knowledge of payroll processing and tax compliance in the U.S and Canada
• Experience with Workday Payroll integrations
• Understanding of payroll accounting and reporting
