Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payroll Specialist to manage and process employee payroll accurately and in compliance with regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing for U.S. and international employees, ensuring compliance with labor and tax laws
• Input and update employee payroll information, maintain accurate records, and prepare payroll reports for management
• Administer employee benefits deductions and respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll and benefits

Qualifications:

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
• 5+ years of payroll processing experience with a strong understanding of payroll and tax laws
• Hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now, including payroll processing and tax filing
• Strong understanding of payroll practices and benefits administration
• Certifications such as Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) or Fundamental Payroll Certification (FPC) are a plus
