Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payroll Specialist who will manage the end-to-end payroll process in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate and timely semi-monthly, multi-state payroll processing through ADP for employees and contractors
• Maintain employee records including new hires, terminations, and changes to pay rates
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll matters and assist with audits and compliance

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of payroll experience
• Experience with ADP Workforce Now
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience preferred
• Multistate payroll experience in a high-growth startup is a plus
• Knowledge of federal and state payroll laws and tax regulations
