Job Summary

A company is looking for a Nonprofit/Exempt Organizations Attorney (Full-Time).

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide legal assistance by reviewing, drafting, and finalizing various documents for nonprofit clients
  • Conduct research on federal, state, and local laws relevant to nonprofit organizations
  • Manage client projects, timelines, and budgets while collaborating with the legal team and outside counsel


Required Qualifications
  • J.D. degree required; must be licensed to practice law in the U.S. and in good standing
  • Mandatory license to practice law in Pennsylvania, with additional state licenses preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant legal experience
  • Experience serving nonprofits, including pro bono work or board service
  • Knowledge in nonprofit law, tax law, and corporate law, particularly in corporate transactional matters
