Key Responsibilities

• Obtains patient history and performs specialized procedures as ordered
• Tracks and monitors diagnostic test results, providing education and follow-up care
• Maintains patient records and ensures compliance with safety and regulatory standards

Required Qualifications

• Diploma or Associate's Degree from an accredited LPN program
• 1 year of clinical nursing experience
• Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse license upon hire
• Basic Life Support certification upon hire
• Completion of IV certification training is preferred
