Job Summary

A company is looking for a Peoplesoft Consultant to provide functional expertise in Human Resources, Payroll, and related applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Support PeopleSoft system design, implementation, and functionality across various modules
• Troubleshoot and resolve PeopleSoft system issues, providing root cause analysis and permanent fixes
• Participate in application development plans for upgrades, patches, and enhancements, acting as a subject-matter expert

Required Qualifications

• Experience with PeopleSoft modules in HCM, GL, and Procure to Pay
• Ability to create business and functional requirement specifications
• Knowledge of system design and data flow between PeopleSoft modules
• Experience in training and maintaining sustainable PeopleSoft designs
• Willingness to work remotely with occasional in-person meetings in NJ, PA, or NY
