Key Responsibilities:
Customized Itinerary Planning & Coordination
• Consult with clients to understand their unique preferences, budgets, and travel goals.
• Research destinations, accommodations, transportation, activities, and dining options to create highly tailored itineraries.
• Arrange flights, hotel stays, resort bookings, car rentals, excursions, and entertainment tickets.
• Ensure all travel logistics are aligned for a seamless and enjoyable experience.
Client Engagement & Personalized Support
• Provide real-time assistance for last-minute changes, cancellations, or special requests.
• Communicate with clients via phone, email, and messaging platforms to deliver top-notch service.
• Offer recommendations on cultural experiences, hidden gems, and local must-see attractions.
• Stay proactive in addressing potential travel disruptions and providing alternative solutions.
Vendor & Partner Relations
• Build strong relationships with industry partners, including hotels, airlines, tour operators, and event organizers.
• Negotiate competitive rates and exclusive perks for clients.
• Stay informed on travel trends, destination updates, and promotional opportunities.
Administrative & Research Duties
• Manage bookings, documentation, and confirmations to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Keep track of clients’ preferences, travel history, and special requests for future trips.
• Stay up to date with global travel regulations, safety protocols, and seasonal travel trends.
