Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pharmacy Sales Director to provide leadership in sales strategies for integrated pharmacy programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed territory sales goals
• Provide consultative expertise and conduct internal and external sales meetings
• Manage request-for-proposal (RFP) processes and maintain relationships with internal departments and external partners

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 2+ years of experience in the PBM sector, including product and pricing knowledge
• Experience in sales or direct client management
• Strong strategic and analytical skills
• Demonstrated ability to develop productive relationships with stakeholders
