Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Success Team Technician responsible for managing medication orders and communications with healthcare communities.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with communities regarding medication order exceptions and educate on alternatives
• Maintain detailed records of orders requiring follow-up and assist with data entry as needed
• Review Medicare D claims and coordinate with pharmacists or physicians to resolve issues

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED
• Pharmacy Technician License and/or Certification (CPhT) as per State requirements
• Minimum one year of data entry experience
• General computer knowledge, including Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Strong knowledge of Brand/Generic drugs and medical terminology
