Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Engineering, Operations, Project Management, or similar
• PMP or Prince2 certification required
• 7-10+ years of project management or operations leadership experience
• Proven track record of launching 10+ cross-functional initiatives without timeline slippage
• Experience in high-growth DTC brands and e-commerce infrastructure
