Job Summary

A company is looking for a Portfolio Manager - Renewable Energy Assets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage renewable energy projects from Substantial Completion through operation to sale, ensuring alignment with financing agreements
  • Monitor and optimize project-level cash flow and manage cash distributions to investors and sponsors
  • Serve as the primary contact with financing parties, coordinating compliance reporting and financial deliverables
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, engineering, economics, or related field; Master's degree or MBA is a plus
  • 5+ years of experience in renewable energy, infrastructure, or financial asset management
  • Strong understanding of project finance, tax equity structures, and renewable energy operations
  • Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
  • Highly organized and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
