Beyond managing the post-production process, you’ll play a critical role as a “big ideas” person, researching trends, analyzing captured footage, and identifying opportunities to create impactful videos. You’ll also be hands-on in creating branding materials, graphic templates, and other resources to support the editing team. If you’re a highly organized, forward-thinking individual with a knack for storytelling and a passion for creative problem-solving, this role is for you!

• Has a strong background in video production and editing, with experience in post-production processes.
• Is a natural leader and team player, capable of managing and supporting a team of editors while ensuring projects are completed efficiently.
• Is highly organized and detail-oriented, able to maintain workflows, manage schedules, and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Is a creative thinker who can identify trends, brainstorm new content ideas, and develop strategies for maximizing the value of existing footage.
• Has a keen understanding of storytelling, with the ability to identify the best footage and craft compelling narratives.
• Is proactive and adaptable, ready to troubleshoot challenges and pivot strategies as needed.
• Brings branding experience to the table, including creating graphic templates and maintaining consistency across projects.
• Is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and thrives under deadlines.
This role is perfect for someone who’s looking to take a leadership position in post-production while also contributing fresh, innovative ideas to content creation.
Job Requirements
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro is required for hands-on editing responsibilities.
• Experience with graphic design tools such as Canva to assist with branding and graphic templates.
• A strong background in post-production workflows, including footage review, editing, and final delivery.
• Trend research and content strategy experience, particularly for platforms like YouTube.
• Proven ability to manage a team of editors, ensuring efficiency and high-quality output.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills to coordinate between production and post-production teams.
• A portfolio showcasing prior experience in video production and post-production.
Job Types: Part-time, Freelance, Contract
Pay: $10.00 – $40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 5 – 10 per week
