Key Responsibilities

• Deliver training workshops and in-depth product reviews for customers
• Provide advanced technical support and problem resolution for corporate customers
• Conduct health checks, performance reviews, and product upgrade assessments

Required Qualifications

• Experience with Power BI, SQL performance optimization, and data warehousing
• Proficiency in DAX and Power BI embedded development
• Knowledge of SQL Server on IaaS and architectural experience for data platforms
• Advanced Microsoft certifications are preferred
• Previous experience in a consulting or customer-facing role
