Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Support Analyst 3.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage upgrades, troubleshooting, and administration of the Power Platform CoE toolkit
• Lead the development, maintenance, and optimization of Power BI reports and dashboards
• Build and support Power Platform Canvas apps, ensuring user-friendly experiences

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience administering Microsoft 365 and Power Platform components
• 8+ years of experience troubleshooting technical issues and debugging software applications
• 5+ years of expertise in data visualization principles and data modeling using Power BI
• 3+ years of familiarity with Microsoft Azure Services, particularly Azure Active Directory
• Preferred: Experience with Dynamics 365 for Customer Service
