Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Development | Pre-Sales Services Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Leverage system and domain expertise in client discovery and scoping
• Develop proposals and Statements of Work while collaborating with internal teams
• Establish and maintain relationships with clients to create value-based opportunities

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in consultative selling related to HCM or WFM systems
• Proven ability to support relationships with mid-level and C-level leaders
• Experience working independently without daily supervision
• Ability to multi-task across different opportunities and clients
• Highly motivated and team-oriented
