Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Leads implementation projects and provides quality control of client deliverables
• Mentors junior consultants and conducts presentations to represent the brand
• Gathers client requirements and develops system configurations to meet their needs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Business, or 3-5 years of implementation experience
• Certification in 2 or more SuccessFactors modules
• 5-10 years of SuccessFactors consultant experience
• 5-10 years of HR business experience or familiarity with key Human Resource functions
