Principal Director of Technical Program Management

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Director of Technical Program Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and drive the vision, charter, and execution strategy for the Microsoft Threat Protection Research organization
• Lead a globally distributed team of Technical Program Managers (TPMs) and oversee cross-functional protection programs
• Partner with engineering, research, product, and field teams to ensure integration of protection programs and establish TPM best practices

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development
• 5+ years of people management experience
• 6+ years managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects
• Proven experience in leading large-scale, cross-functional programs in security or cloud domains
• Background in cybersecurity, threat protection, or enterprise security platforms
