Required Qualifications

• Experience in driving engineering best practices and mentoring engineering teams
• Strong understanding of software engineering principles and modern infrastructure operations
• Familiarity with deployment and observability strategies in a cloud-native environment
• Experience with modern programming languages and technologies, including back-end services and APIs
