Principal ServiceNow Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal ServiceNow Engineer to enhance their ServiceNow platform and service management practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and maintain ServiceNow code and architecture, ensuring overall code quality
• Provide daily administrative support, including troubleshooting and implementing bug fixes
• Develop and implement technical solutions and integrations within the ServiceNow platform

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in ServiceNow administration and development
• 5+ years of experience in IT Service Management process design
• ITIL foundation certification or equivalent ITSM certification
• ServiceNow System Admin Certification (CSA) and ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
• Experience with ServiceNow integration solutions and core ITSM modules
