Job Summary

A company is looking for a Legal Counsel - Privacy.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the privacy program and advise on privacy concerns related to products and services
• Coordinate with teams to ensure compliance with state and federal privacy laws
• Collaborate on privacy provisions in agreements and advise on product privacy implications

Required Qualifications

• Law degree from a top-tier law school and membership in a state bar
• 5+ years of legal experience in-house or at a law firm
• Experience with health care privacy laws and implementing CCPA or GDPR programs
• Experience working in-house with a technology company or health care organization preferred
• Ability to operate autonomously while collaborating effectively with stakeholders
