Process Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Process Consultant III to support continuous improvement projects within the Consumer Relations team.

Key Responsibilities

• Support continuous improvement projects to enhance daily operations
• Collaborate with the claims department to optimize the onboarding experience
• Develop an innovative SharePoint site for process documentation and mapping

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED equivalent or higher with a minimum of eight years experience in business process, or a Bachelor's degree with a minimum of five years experience
• Experience in end-to-end process development and process design
• Ability to collaborate with business partners across multiple platforms and levels of leadership
• Proven expertise using process tools for documentation and mapping
• Demonstrated project management and organizational skills
