Product Assurance Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Assurance Engineer responsible for monitoring and resolving product quality issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor, document, and track product issues
• Represent the department on cross-functional teams to identify and resolve product issues
• Coordinate product inspections and testing to support root cause analysis

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/Engineering Technology or a related technical field is preferred
• 3-5 years of experience in a quality role or related field is preferred
• ASQ Certification(s) preferred: CQE, CQA, CQPA, CMQ/OE
• Experience with quality tools such as six sigma, lean, and root cause analysis
• Product knowledge in plumbing, manufacturing, automotive, or construction is preferred
