Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Design and iterate on key product features using data and research insights
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to ship and iterate on design solutions
• Adopt a high bar of quality in design work through various design methodologies

Required Qualifications

• Experience in designing and shipping product features under the guidance of a senior designer
• Ability to articulate design trade-offs and maintain visual polish
• Familiarity with design tools and the ability to choose appropriate fidelity levels
• Experience working on cross-functional product teams in an agile environment
• Interest in multi-sided marketplaces or products for Gen Z and Gen Alpha is a plus
