Key Responsibilities

• Support at-risk customers by addressing challenges with AI products to enhance value realization
• Drive post-sale product adoption by understanding customer needs and demonstrating GenAI solutions
• Collaborate with customers to troubleshoot issues, educate on product usage, and assist in workflow integration

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) required, with 5+ years of preferred legal experience
• Proven customer-facing experience, ideally within the legal technology sector
• Familiarity with AI-Assisted Research products is advantageous
• Proficient in using remote training technologies such as MS Teams and WebEx
• Ability to deliver effective product training and presentations
