Production Support Supervisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Production Support Supervisor, National Remote.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day partner engagement activities and ensure efficient record retrieval processes
• Train and coach Vendor Specialists while assisting in process development and documentation
• Collaborate with internal teams to maintain accurate partner invoicing and resolve retrieval roadblocks

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma / GED
• 2+ years of experience in healthcare or technology
• 1+ years of supervisory, management, or leadership experience
• 1+ years of experience in data analytics, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Experience in coaching, training, and performance management
