Key Responsibilities

• Onboard customers and establish a solid foundation for their future success
• Provide process recommendations, configurations, technical expertise, and sales strategy
• Advocate for customers and coordinate resources to resolve challenges during onboarding

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in project management, implementation, or consulting role
• 2+ years of experience using Salesforce
• Previous experience in a SaaS or similar technology company
• Experience supporting Enterprise-level customers preferred
• Experience in a billable/time tracking environment
