Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Analyst to document and validate business and technical requirements related to insurance products.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineering/solution design to ensure accurate requirement documentation for existing systems
• Confirm business requirements with stakeholders, ensuring exceptional quality
• Coordinate with insurance product QA to uphold requirement quality

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably in Business/Insurance, Computer Science, or related field
• 1-2 years of Property & Casualty property insurance experience, with preference for Residential
• Experience in reverse engineering requirement documents
• Familiarity with insurance policy admin sales and service systems, and Excel proficiency
• Self-motivated with a sense of urgency, capable of working in a fast-paced environment independently
