Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager II.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and validate rack/commodity supply plans and ensure accurate supplier responses
• Utilize advanced analytics to identify supply-demand gaps and collaborate with Sourcing and Operations teams
• Create and present weekly/monthly KPIs and communications for upper management

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in supply chain-related or quantitative roles
• Proficient in using planning tools and ERP software (e.g., Oracle, SAP, o9, Kinaxis, Anaplan)
• Strong ability to work cross-functionally and ensure accuracy across multiple data sources
• Experience in synthesizing data and communicating risk areas to various organizational levels
