Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Develops, implements, and evaluates assigned programs, managing planning, schedule, resources, and risk
• Collaborates with business units and senior executives to align project goals with strategic objectives
• Develops relationships with vendors and stakeholders, overseeing vendor selection and ongoing relationship management

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 8 years of experience in Project or Program management, or High School Diploma/GED with 12 years of experience
• Experience in program and project management, including stakeholder management and financial tracking
• Ability to work collaboratively with business lines and technology teams to achieve program outcomes
• Experience in managing multiple projects and familiarity with the project management lifecycle
• Preferred: Banking or lending experience, proficiency in project planning tools, and PMP/PgMP certifications
