Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Accountant to support financial and operational management of its project portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage project codes and data in the Unanet system, ensuring accuracy and quality control
• Establish budget tracking standards and generate reports on project health and resource allocation
• Prepare and review invoices for compliance and coordinate invoicing processes with subcontractors

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or advanced degree from an accredited institution preferred, or equivalent professional experience
• 3-5 years of relevant experience, especially in grants or grants management
• Experience with Unanet or similar ERP solutions is highly desired
• Understanding of basic accounting principles and terminology
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; experience with SharePoint and Monday.com is a plus
