Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Development Manager to oversee energy infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage complex energy projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery
• Collaborate with landowners, consultants, and engineering partners to maintain project alignment and progress
• Lead internal efforts to enhance project management tools and create necessary documentation for project execution

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in developing utility-scale energy, energy storage, or data center projects
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Engineering, Business, or Environmental Studies
• Proven track record of developing utility-scale projects across multiple markets
• Strong understanding of power sales arrangements and regulatory environments
• Demonstrated experience with land lease contracts, permitting, and interconnection for renewable energy projects
