Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Manager to support key Digital Medicine programs and projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule and facilitate meetings, create agendas, identify risks, and manage changes
• Coordinate cross-workstream activities and provide functional reporting
• Manage budgets and vendors while serving as a liaison between internal strategy owners and external vendors

Required Qualifications

• At least 5 years of project or program management experience in the biotech or pharmaceutical industry
• Bachelor's degree is required; MBA or PMP certification is preferred but not mandatory
• Experience with clinical trial operations, especially decentralized trials, is a plus
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight timelines
• Flexibility with scheduling across time zones and attendance at an on-site workshop in Thousand Oaks
