Project Manager for Resware

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Professional Services Project Manager, Resware.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for onboarding and services engagements for Resware customers
• Create and manage detailed project plans, ensuring engagements remain on time, in scope, and within budget
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, while supporting functional discovery and contributing to hands-on configuration

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience managing enterprise software onboarding and implementation projects
• Strong project management skills with experience using tools such as JIRA, Monday.com, or Asana
• Prior experience as a Resware administrator, consultant, or project lead is highly desirable
• Solid understanding of title and escrow workflows and business operations
• Proven ability to juggle multiple complex projects with competing deadlines
