Project Scheduler

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Scheduler to support a federal program management office in capital facilities projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support multiple project managers in executing capital facilities projects
  • Create and maintain Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and Integrated Master Schedule (IMS)
  • Monitor schedule progress and adjust as necessary for changes or delays
Required Qualifications
  • Ability to pass a government background investigation; U.S. citizenship required
  • Bachelor's degree in business, management, finance, or information management
  • 4-7 years of experience in scheduling
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project and Primavera P6
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint)
