Provider Data Management Processor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a TEMP BPO Senior Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and process provider transactions according to plan provisions
• Follow customer-defined policies and procedures while securing PHI information
• Demonstrate knowledge of internal operations and identify opportunities for improvement

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years of experience in healthcare processing, preferably in Provider Data Management
• 3+ years of experience using Windows PC applications and web-based applications
• 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)
• Ability to type at least 40 WPM
