Key Responsibilities

• Present the organization's value proposition and manage a pipeline of provider prospects
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless provider onboarding process

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Health Administration, or related field (preferred)
• 2+ years of experience in healthcare sales, provider relations, recruiting, or business development
• Familiarity with managed care, Medicaid, Medicare, or commercial health plan operations
• Comfortable working with CRM tools and Microsoft Office applications
• Highly organized and capable of managing multiple outreach campaigns simultaneously
