Job Summary

A company is looking for a Provider Quality Auditor.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support complex quality issues by communicating effectively with doctors and staff
  • Initiate activities to monitor, evaluate, and maintain the quality of care and services provided to members
  • Prepare summary reports for the Optometry and Medical Directors and quarterly reports for the Quality Management Committee
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related field or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of experience in managed care or quality management, particularly in a healthcare setting
  • Experience with Salesforce and MS Excel; knowledge of HEDIS is preferred
